Nicodemus Plant

On television this morning there was a spot about the Nicodemus Plant. A group of neighbors were seated around a big plant in their front yard and a woman was reading out of the bible...John 3 ,4 : How can a man be born when he is old?" Nicodemus asked. "Surely he cannot enter a second time into his mother's womb to be born!"

Then they watched the yellow flowers open. Well it was our evening primrose plant..just bigger than ours because it had full sun. We used to have 9:00 p.m. parties to watch the evening primrose open. I never heard of the Nicodemus plant before.
