I miss my wild Irish Rose..

She is far away in Limerick ..I hope she is getting a rest in that hotel with the pool and the workout room and all . Paul will be off this Sunday, and I'm sure they will go sightseeing. Paul emailed today that Rose was on a tour with some other folks. There are cliffs and ruins and things to see around there.
They are planning to move to another hotel with internet connections so that she can keep us up to date. We are on our way to visit Andrew. We're taking Kentucky Fried Chicken and a chocolate cake and some green salad. We're going to pick blueberries and check out the garden. Thank goodness we had a good rain last night, so maybe Rose's trees and flowers are okay. Andrew sounded like he would be glad to see us. He's probably in bed asleep when we get there, but we know how to get in without setting off the alarm...It should be an interesting day.

Hope all is well at the estates (yours as well as Rose's). I hope young Master Andrew is keeping the fields mown, the stables swept, and the servants busy. He's a capable lad, even though it IS his first experience as Lord of the Manor. I'm sure the Lady Rose is finding suitable ways to pass the time across the pond. She is greatly missed by one and all, from the Cumberland Basin to the Piedmont. Alas!
